I’ve spent my career solving messy, high-stakes problems inside large organizations—the kind where customer expectations, complex backend legacy architecture, and aggressive product roadmaps collide all at once.

My work sits at the intersection of product strategy, design operations (DesignOps), and systems thinking. I’ve led platform modernization initiatives across banking, fintech, and retail, partnering deeply with product management, engineering, data, and executive teams to turn fragmented legacy infrastructure into high-velocity digital ecosystems.

I look at design through the lens of frontend code. Because I can anticipate how design decisions impact code architecture under the hood, I proactively identify technical constraints, layout shifts, and QA bottlenecks during early discovery. This means my teams don't just ship beautiful work—they ship technically feasible, production-ready frameworks that save engineering departments hundreds of hours of downstream refactoring.

Over the years, I’ve built and scaled international design organizations from the ground up, coached and mentored hundreds of practitioners across distributed product squads, and established high-trust cultures rooted in psychological safety.
